Spa day packages must be prepaid upon booking and cancellations must be made at least 3 days prior to the appointment or you will be charged the full amount.
Day spa gift certificates are nonrefundable and good for 1 year after purchase.
In event of day spa no-shows or failure to cancel at least 3 days prior, the gift card will be deactivated for the amount of the services booked.
Please note there are no substitutions on predesigned packages. A 20% gratuity will automatically be added to the package when purchased.
